Read the following;

2. G.O.Ms.No.176, Finance (DCM-II) Department, dt. 21 -8-2014.
3. G.O.Ms.No.186, Finance (DCM-II) Department, dt.05 -9-2014.
4. G.O.Ms.No.196, Finance (DCM-II) Department, dt.01-10-2014.
5. Memo No. 4288-1/Plg.VII/2014-3, Dt.24-10-2014 of Planning Department.
O R D E R:
 
In the G.Os read above orders were issued for relaxation of Ban on transfers till 31st October, 2014 subject to conditions laid down therein.
2. Vide reference 5th read above, the State Government is implementing Janma Bhoomi – Maa vooru programme from 1st November to 10th November 2014.
3. Hence, Government hereby order that only need based transfers can be affected without disturbance to on-going Janma Bhoomi –Maa Vooru programme. These orders will be in force till 15-11-2014.
