ORDER:
In the reference first read above the Government has launched the
programme of “Pradhan Mantri Jan DhanYojana under Comprehensive
Financial Inclusion Project. The programmehas been launched with the
objective that every household must have two bank accounts within one year.
The programme was launched in the state by the Hon’ble Chief Minister on
28th August 2014. The programme is being implemented in a Mission mode.
The State Government is playing an effective role in implementation of the
Project.
2. In the reference second read above the Principal Finance Secretary
(R&E) has been appointed as the Mission Director for the Comprehensive
Financial Inclusion Project at State Level.The Mission Director is monitoring
the Financial Inclusion Campaign in co-ordination with State Level Bankers
Committee (SLBC) and all stake holders i.e. District Collectors, Lead District
Managers and District Development Manager of NABARD etc.
3. In this context, the Government decided to utilize the services of a
retired Officer with expertise in Banking Sector and in Public relations to
assist the Mission Director, in implementation of the Comprehensive Financial
Inclusion Project.
4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby engage the
services of Sri B.K.Nagaraja Rao, Deputy General Manager (Retd.), Andhra
Bank, as Officer on Special Duty (Pradhan Mantri Jan DhanYojanaProgramme)
on contract basis, from 22nd August, 2014 to 31st December, 2015, with a
monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. plus a mobile phone
and conveyance.
5. The Detailed terms and conditions will be issued separately.
6. The expenditure on the consolidated remuneration shall be debited to
the following head of account:
M.H. : 2052 – Secretariat General Services
M.H. : 090 – Secretariat
SH (06) : Finance Department
300 : Other Contractual Services
7. Finance (Claims) Department are requested to draw and credit the
amount to the individual’s Bank Account through ECS.
