In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act II of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh

hereby appoints the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table given below at

stations shown against their names in Column No.(3) thereof as Special Judicial Magistrates of

Second Class in Chittoor District , for a period of two (2) years, from the date of assuming the

charge of the post or till they attain the age of (65) Sixty Five years, whichever is earlier, with a

consolidate honorarium of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) per month, as per the

Orders issued in the G.O.Ms.No.134, Law (LA&J-Home-Courts.C) Department,

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act II of 1974), the Government, hereby, appoint

Smt. G.Rudrama Devi as Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Nagiri, in the post sanctioned

under the 13th Finance Commission on contract basis up to 31.03.2015 or till they attain the

age of (65) Sixty Five years, whichever is earlier, with consolidated pay of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

tenthousand only) per month.

In the circumstances reported by the Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at

Hyderabad, in the letter third read above, and after careful examination of the proposal of the

Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, Government of Andhra Pradesh,

hereby, appoint the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table given below at

stations shown against their names in column No. (3) thereof as Special Metropolitan Magistrate

/ Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class in Krishna District for a period of two (2) years,

from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they attain the age of sixty five (65)

years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten

thousand only) per month, as per the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above.

The above appointments are subject to the following conditions:-

(a) If any of the individual refuses or does not join within fifteen (15) days from the date

of issue of the notification, they shall forfeit their claim to the post of Special Metropolitan

Magistrate /Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class for ever.

(b) They will be removed from office without being called upon to show cause, if they failed to

attend three (3) Consecutive sittings of the Court, without written permission of the Chief

Metropolitan Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate as the case may be.
