ORDER:-
In the circumstances stated by the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad in the reference read above, after examination of the matter and keeping in view the welfare of the students, the Government hereby permit the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad to conduct Diploma examination for failed students of C-05 Scheme for completion of their backlog subjects, as last mercy chance.

2.  The Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
