R D E R:
The Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Cooperative
Limited (APSCSCFC Ltd), Hyderabad has approved
the SC Action Plan 2013-14 with a target of 60,552 SC beneficiaries with an
outlay of Rs.39357.00 lakhs for the 13 Districts of the successor State
of Andhra Pradesh. As against the above target, sanctions were given for 30,716
beneficiaries with an outlay of Rs.25377.63 lakhs, as on 31-3-14. However, the
units pertaining to 3,687 SC beneficiaries only could be grounded with an
outlay of Rs.1972.09 lakhs, Due to various reasons, the sanctioned units
pertaining to the balance 21,164 SC beneficiaries with an outlay of Rs.20575.91
lakhs could not be grounded. Therefore,
the beneficiaries of the sanctioned but not grounded units have been representing
for grounding of the units.
2. Accordingly, orders were issued in the
reference 2nd read above for the verification of eligibility of the
beneficiaries by the Gram Panchayat / Municipal Ward / Municipal Corporation
Division Level Committees constituted and all the District Collectors / Chairman,
DSCSCS Limited were directed to get the eligibility of the beneficiaries
verified so as to complete the verification as per the detailed instructions
and timelines issued in the said order. Accordingly, the District Collectors
have taken up the verification of the beneficiaries and uploaded the results of
the verification in the prescribed check-slips in the Online Beneficiary
Management and Monitoring System (OBMMS).
3. Accordingly, Government hereby authorize
the District Collectors to implement the sanctioned but not grounded units
pertaining to the beneficiaries selected under SC Action Plan 2013-14, duly
restricting the grounding only to those beneficiaries whose eligibility was
verified and whose names were recommended by the Gram Panchayat / Municipal
Ward / Municipal Corporation Division Level Committees in pursuance of the
instructions and guidelines issued in the reference 2nd read above.
4. The VC & Managing Director, APSCCFC Limited,
shall take necessary action accordingly.
