officers i.e. IAS / IPS / IFS in terms of rule 3 (8)(c) of All India Services (D&A) Rules 1969 in
the State - Constituted - Orders – Issued.

O R D E R :

The Review Committee to review cases of suspension of All India Services i.e. IAS / IPS
/ IFS officers working in the State as mandated under rule 3 (8) (c), of All India Services
(Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1969, is hereby constituted with the following :-

1. Chief Secretary to Government – Chairman
2. Senior most Special Chief Secretary to Government – Member
3. Principal Secretary to Govt./Secretary to Government (Political) – Member
4. Director General of Police (Head of Police Force) - Co-opted Member
(wherever a case concerning a member of the Indian Police Service is concerned )
5. Principal Chief Conservator of Forest – Co-opted Member
( wherever a case concerning a member of the Indian Forest Service is concerned)

2. The functions of Review Committee and the procedure to be followed by the said
Review Committee, while reviewing cases of suspension of All India Services i.e. IAS / IPS /
IFS officers working in the Government of Telangana, is as prescribed in Schedule annexed to
All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969.
