O R D E R:

Government hereby constitute the Group of Ministers with the following

Ministers to look into the affairs of welfare of orphan children and also to

ensure proper care and provision for the children studying in Government

Hostels and Ashram Schools:

1. Minister for Human Resources Development ….Chairman

2. Minister for Social Welfare &

Empowerment, Tribal Welfare &Empowerment…..Co- Chairman

3. Minister for BC Welfare & Empowerment….Member

4. Minister for Health and Medical Education…..Member

5. Minister for Women Empowerment, Child Welfare, Disabled & Senior

           Citizens Welfare …..Member

6) The Secretary to Government, School Education Department shall be the

Convener of the above Group of Ministers.
