Read the following

ORDER:

         Government during the partners interaction meeting held on 17.10.2015

in Vijayawada, decided that the partners of Smart Village Smart Ward initiative

who made significant contribution with respect to 20 non-negotiables in the

partnered G.P/Ward will be suitably awarded in the month of January 2016.

Accordingly, the Government have decided to constitute a state level

Accreditation Committee to assess and adjudicate and finalize the awardees with

the following members.

1. Sri C. Kutumba Rao, Vice Chairman, A P State Planning Board

2. Sri Ravi Kumar, CEO , Non- Resident Telugu Trust

3. Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department

4. Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development

Department

5. Sri Deepak Kumar Dey, UNICEF

6. Sri C.S. Reddy, APMAS, Hyderabad

7. Dr Shanti Priya Pandey, Additional Secretary, Planning Dept. – Convenor

       The District Collectors shall constitute the mandal wise assessment teams

to assess the activities taken up by the partners and after due field verification

and scrutiny submit the details of the partners selected for awards to the

Accreditation Committee at state level.

The Committee shall formulate the guidelines and criteria for finalization

of awards. The final list of partners selected by the committee will be presented

the awards in the award function to be conducted on the specified date.
