Read the following:

Lr.Roc.No.3381/D/D2/2016,Dated: 21-04-2016.

ORDER:
                      In the circumstances stated by the Head of the Department, Animal
Husbandry Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letters read above,
Government after careful consideration hereby accord permission to the Head of the
Department, AH Department, AP. Hyderabad on the following:

1) To issue paper notification to invite Expression of Interest from
Farmer/Entrepreneurs/Organizations.

2) To sanction any of the models as detailed in the Annexure appended to this
order with the subsidy pattern suggested as per the choice of the
Farmer/Entrepreneurs / farmer organizations.

3) To release the admissible subsidy to the bank account of Farmer/
Entrepreneurs/ farmer organizations as front end subsidy after receipt of the
beneficiary share for its use by the bankers as LoC for procurement of
equipment by the Farmer/Entrepreneurs/ Farmer Organizations.

4) To ground all units based on the EOI received from farmer entrepreneurs
without limiting the activity to the budgetary allocation for the year 2016 –17.

5) To approach Government for additional budget if any required based on the
volume of proposals received from farmer entrepreneurs.

6) To implement Dry fodder related initiatives such as fodder block making,
TMR, decentralized feed mixing /grinding machines to make best use of the
available crop residues also as per the incentives approved in Fodder
Security Policy.

shall take necessary action accordingly.

cum harvester on 75% subsidy.

3  Silage bags on 75% subsidy with SDP fund along with fodder maize
cultivation on 100% subsidy under MGNREGS together with chaffer
cum harvester on 75% subsidy.

4  Silage bunkers of 50 to 100 MT capacity with unit cost of Rs. 5.00
lakhs on 75% subsidy with SDP fund along with fodder maize
cultivation on 100% subsidy under MGNREGS together with chaffer
cum harvester on 75% subsidy.

5  Silage bale making equipment of about 50-60 Kg bale size including
harvester cum chaffer; baler cum wrapper on 75% subsidy with unit
cost of equipment for Rs. 10.00 lakhs along with fodder maize
cultivation on 100% subsidy under MGNREGS.

6  Silage bale making equipment of about 100Kg bale size including
harvester cum chaffer, baler cum wrapper on 75% subsidy with unit
cost of equipment for Rs 80.00 lakhs along with fodder maize
cultivation on 100% subsidy under MGNREGS.

7  Silage bale making equipment of about 150-400 kg bale size
including harvester cum chaffer, baler cum wrapper on 50% subsidy
with unit cost of equipment for Rs 3.24 crore.
