ORDER:
             In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticulture, A.P.,
Hyderabad in the reference 2 nd read above, Government after careful examination
the following amendment issued to the G.O. 1 st read above:-

                        AMENDMENT

In Annexure – B of the G.O. 1 st read above under selection procedure for
“category I,II,III” the following shall be substituted.

Sl.No. Category  Qualifications now in the order of priority

1  Category-I  4 years B.Sc., (Hort.,) and B.Sc.,(Ag).,  from  any  University
recognized by UGC

2  Category-II  Horticulture  Polytechnic Diploma Holders (Dr.YSRHU)

3  Category-III B.Sc or M.Sc., with Horticulture as one of the Optional subjects
             and  from  any  recognized University in Andhra Pradesh.

4  Category-IV B.Sc.,  (BZC.,)  from  any recognized University in Andhra Pradesh

2.  The Commissioner of Horticulture, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary
action in the matter.
