 Lr.Rc.No.1458/C1/2016-1, dated:03-05-2016.

ORDER:
 The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter
read above, for the reasons mentioned therein, has recommended for withdrawal of
prosecution against Dr.Kodela Siva Prasada Rao and the following 10 other accused
involved in Crime No.107/2009 of Narasaraopet I Town Police Station under section
188 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 and Section 32 of the Indian Police Act:

 1. Dr.Kondapalli Venkateshwara Rao
 2. Kodela Sivaramakrishnaiah
 3. Pothula Sankar
 4. Vemulapalli Venkata Narasaiah
 5. Gaddam Karimulla @ Chavapati Shaik Karimulla
 6. Kalyanam Rambabu
 7. Kadiyam Koti Subba Rao
 8. Pulimi Venkata Ramireddy
 9. Allamsetty Venkata Mohanrao
 10. Kokkirala Srinivasa Rao
2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby decided to withdraw
the prosecution from this case and direct the Director General of Police, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad to instruct the Public Prosecutor concerned to file a petition for
withdrawal of prosecution against Dr.Kodela Siva Prasada Rao and the 10 other
accused mentioned at para (1) above involved in Crime No.107/2009 of Narasaraopet I
Town Police Station under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 32
of the Indian Police Act on the file of the Hon’ble I Additional Munsif Magistrate Court
Narsaraopet under intimation to the Government.
