ORDER:
The following transfer and posting are notified:
1. Sri V. Anil Kumar, IAS (95), Managing Director, State Civil Supplies Corporation, Hyderabad is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Hyderabad vice Sri Heeralal Samariya, IAS(85) relieved for Central Deputation.
He shall also continue to hold full additional charge of the post of Member Secretary, Telangana State Pollution Control Board, Hyderabad.

2. Sri C. Parthasarathi, IAS (93), Commissioner, Civil Supplies & E.O. Secretary to Government, Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department is placed in full additional charge of the post of Managing Director, State Civil Supplies Corporation, Hyderabad, until further orders.

ORDER:-
In pursuance of Government of India orders in the reference 2nd read above, the services of Sri Heera Lal Samariya, IAS (1985) are placed at the disposal of Government of India for appointment as Joint Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers, on Central Deputation for a period of five years from the date of taking charge of the post. 

2. The Member of Service is accordingly relieved with immediate effect from the State Cadre to enable him to take up his new assignment. 

3. Sri Heera Lal Samariya, IAS (1985) shall hand over the charge of the post of Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Telangana, to Sri V. Anil Kumar, IAS (1995).
