ORDER:

           In the reference 1^st read above, orders were issued sanctioning an amount of Rs. 2000/- per month to the 2211 retired part-time VOs, VAOs, P.Ss and VROs (Part-time assistants) who worked on honorarium basis and retired from service without pension as a special case.

2.      The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the reference 4^th read above has informed that during submission of proposals for sanctioning minimum pension in respect of Ex. Village Officers and part time Assistants, a tentative figure of (2211) was arrived for the purpose of estimation of financial implications only and the said list was not prepared in  his office and the said figure may also decrease during verification by the concerned Collectors.

3.      The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh,  Hyderabad, has therefore requested to issue revised orders duly deleting the figure “ 2211’’ to overcome legal litigations if any and to communicate orders at an early date.

4.     In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and also to facilitate to all the eligible retired part-time VOs /VAOs /PSs/ VROs (Part-time Assistants) to get the minimum pension, the Government after careful examination of the matter hereby issue the following amendment to G.O.Ms.No. 365 Revenue (Ser-III) Dept.,Dt 20-01-2014.

AMENDMENT

5.      “The figure 2211 wherever occurred in G.O.Ms.No.365,Rev (Ser-III),Dept., dt.29-10-2014, shall be deleted”.
